Health and Safety Consultant in Telford, Shropshire Health and Safety in Care Health and Safety Consultant in Telford, What we Do

Since 2004 Adele Partridge has worked for large health and safety consultancy providers on national contracts visiting:

in addition to other industries including,

The exposure to such a variety of industry sectors was key to understanding the constraints of any business owner needing to balance the health and safety of staff and their customer base  with the resources available.  In 2010 Adele ventured out on her own to provide more hands on help to support businesses with little or no in-house resources to manage their health and safety systems.  Her passion to find realistic solutions for preventing injuries at work and and to promote safety behaviour within the workforce enabling companies to comply with Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 etc. legislative requirements, outweighed the limitations of working for large safety consultancy companies.  Her ethos is that Quality is better than Quantity.

Expanding Expertise

Between 2008 & 2009 Adele worked part-time at a local FE college delivering IOSH and NEBOSH Health and Safety courses, whilst studying for the Preparing to Teach in Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) training course. Successfully gaining the Level 3 award (and with a 95% student pass rate across 7 teaching classes) she then returned to full-time Health and Safety Consultancy covering the West Midlands areas and adjoining counties.  Since then, Adele Partridge has designed and delivered a large number of Health and Safety training courses and she likes nothing more than a student exclaiming “I enjoyed that” at the end of a session.

Providing Health and Safety services to specific work sectors means that she can pass on her Safety knowledge and experience learned from working with relevant professionals over the last 17 years.  Having an understanding of CQC and Ofsted enables her to provide assistance which is focused on realistic achievability whilst complying with the requirements of Health and Safety Law.

Market Leading Quality

Health and Safety in Care is a service designed to have no complicated paperwork and no inflated retainer fees - a real person that provides hassle-free guidance through the minefield of health and safety legislation. There are a range of services for small to medium size enterprises, ranging from one-off jobs, to full outsourcing packages. All priced to suit your budget, but with no deviation from the core quality guarantee.

Adele Partridge, based in Telford, is an independent chartered health and safety consultant and qualified trainer providing proactive business advice for small to medium-sized businesses including care homes, schools, retailers and private sector companies. Her health and safety consultancy career began in 2004 after working as a Group Health and Safety Manager from 1999 in the manufacturing industry. Prior to that she worked for 4 years as a Quality Auditor.  Whilst completing Health and Safety qualifications leading to her obtaining the CMIOSH accreditation in 2003, Adele’s career path focused on increasing her knowledge base for all aspects of health and safety management.
